To the Editor:Re “Republicans Block Impeachment Witnesses, Clearing Path for Trump Acquittal,” nytimes.com, Jan. 31):The vote is in. I don’t know what to do with my rage, my pain, my utter disgust with the partisan politics that led to this disgraceful end. And so can the vast majority of Americans who wanted witnesses and evidence. To the Editor:The impeachment “trial” was a farce. By forgoing the call for witnesses, the Republican Party showed utter disdain for the American people.
